Im a 19 year old student at UMBC who's intended major is Health Administration and Policy, and my future plan is to become a nurse. Also I run track for the school and compete in the hurdle events. My life has always revolved around school and athletics. When I was younger I raced BMX and was a world champion several times and also a state champion in track and field. My accomplishments wouldn’t have been possible without good grades. Even though I hve a full plate between collge academics and athletics I still try to find fun.
I enjoy going out with friends dancing and having a good time. Also I enjoy talking to females. Who doesn’t?
In conclusion, I’m im just a student with a goal and want to become a successful adult.

I think it's awesome you've raced BMX. Man you are a dare devil. My ultimate goal is also to become a successful adult.
ReplyDeleteWow you raced BMX and was world champion!?!? Thats pretty amazing! I always liked mountain biking. I like going on the trails in the great outdoors away from all the noise of the city. It helps me relax and get all the stress out of my system. Maybe you should try it sometime!
ReplyDeleteIt's important to find that right balance between academics and fun. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders and very motivated. It's very cool to see that you were a BMX champion. Maybe we'll see you on the Xgames in the future.
ReplyDeleteYou have a really cool story. I can only imagine the stories you must have from competing worldwide. It's great to hear an athlete say that academics and good grades are just as important as his particular sport.
